Hi I'm Julie Wood and I love helping people grow into the Magnificence of who they truly are, as Conscious Creators.
Clients usually come to me after they've done another program or course, and usually have already worked with other healers, or coaches but still haven't made significant long lasting changes in their life.
They often identify as people who have a lot more to offer the world but feel limited or trapped in place by their current life. They haven't quite been able to work out what's stopping them from progress!
The primary focus of most personal development work you've been exposed to in the past was probably focused on trying to 'fix' you. Well I'm here to let you know that you don't need to wait until you're 'fixed' before you can be magnificent, live on purpose and bring your special magic to the world.
One of the fastest and easiest ways to take control of your life is to become a Conscious Creator. When you are a Conscious Creator you are the master and controller of creating the life you want and desire.
As a Transcendent Mentor I've tapped into my Superconscious, and become a Conscious Creator, and it's allowed me to transform my life. I am living a life I love, I am living my true purpose by helping others transform their lives through conscious creation. My clients are now living a life they love too.

“Within the stillness of meditation, we uncover the boundless expanse of our true selves, where peace resides eternally.”
Yet, amidst the chaos, meditation stands as a beacon of tranquility, offering solace to those who seek it.
For non-meditators, the practice of meditation may seem daunting or mysterious, but fear not. Here's a beginners guide to starting meditation for inner peace, aimed at demystifying the process and empowering you to embark on your journey to inner peace.
Set the Scene: Creating a conducive environment is key to a successful meditation practice. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Dim the lights, light a candle, or burn some incense to set a serene ambiance. You can sit on a cushion or chair, whichever is most comfortable for you.
Start Slow: For beginners, the prospect of sitting in silence for an extended period can be overwhelming. Start with just a few minutes each day and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable. Even just five minutes of meditation can yield profound benefits.
Focus on the Breath: The breath serves as an anchor for the mind during meditation. Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath. Notice the sensation of air entering and leaving your nostrils, the rise and fall of your chest or abdomen. Whenever your mind wanders (and it will), gently bring your focus back to the breath.
Embrace Stillness: In our fast-paced world, the idea of doing nothing can feel foreign. Yet, meditation is about embracing stillness and allowing yourself to simply be. Let go of the need to do or achieve anything during your practice. Instead, cultivate a sense of presence and awareness in the present moment.
Be Kind to Yourself: Meditation is not about achieving a state of perfect calm or bliss. It’s about cultivating a gentle awareness and acceptance of whatever arises in the mind. Be patient with yourself and let go of any judgments or expectations. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to meditate.
Explore Different Techniques: There are countless meditation techniques to explore, from mindfulness to loving-kindness to guided visualizations. Experiment with different approaches to see what resonates with you. You may find that certain techniques are more effective at different times or in different situations.
Consistency is Key: Like any skill, meditation requires practice and repetition to develop. Make a commitment to meditate regularly, even if it’s just for a few minutes each day. Over time, you’ll begin to notice subtle shifts in your mood, outlook, and overall well-being.
Seek Support: If you’re struggling to establish a meditation practice on your own, don’t hesitate to seek support. Join a meditation group or class, enlist the help of a meditation teacher or download a meditation app for guided sessions. Connecting with others who share your interest in meditation can provide invaluable support and encouragement.
In conclusion, a beginners guide to starting meditation for inner peace is a simple yet profound practice that offers a sanctuary of peace amidst the chaos of daily life. By following these tips and embracing a spirit of openness and curiosity, even non-meditators can discover the transformative power of meditation.
